An overview of how topping up your wallet works and the payment rails Brenoz supports.
Brenoz uses a wallet model: you top up your balance first, then every purchase is paid from that balance rather than a separate payment per order.
Supported top-up rails
- Binance Pay
- Bybit UID
- USDT — BEP20 network
- USDT — TRC20 network
- USDT — Polygon network
- USDT — Solana network
How a top-up is verified
After you send a top-up, you submit the transaction reference and it's checked against the relevant network before your balance changes — a top-up never credits your balance on its own say-so.
If a payment shows as under review, don't send a second transfer for it — contact support about that specific payment instead.
