Terms of Service

Your account
You need a Brenoz account to add balance or place an order. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens through your account. Changing your password signs out every active session, including the one you changed it from.
An account may be suspended where we believe it is being used fraudulently or in a way that harms other customers. A suspended account cannot sign in, place orders, or add balance.
Wallet balance
Balance is held in your account and is used to pay for orders. It is recorded as a ledger: every top-up and every purchase is a separate entry you can review at any time in your wallet history.
Balance is credited only after the payment you submitted has been verified. Until then the payment shows as pending or processing and your balance is unchanged. Balance is for purchasing on Brenoz and is not a deposit, payment account, or store of value.
Payments and top-ups
When you start a top-up you are given payment details and, where the method requires it, you submit the resulting transaction reference. That reference is checked against the receiving account or network automatically.
A top-up request can expire before it is paid. If the amount received does not match the amount requested, or a reference cannot be verified, the top-up is held for review rather than credited automatically. Submitting a reference that does not belong to you, or re-using one, will not credit your balance.
Orders and pricing
The price and availability shown for a product are re-checked on our servers at the moment you confirm an order. If either has changed, or the item is no longer available, the order is not placed and your balance is not debited. Your browser never determines what you are charged.
Confirming the same order twice — for example by double-tapping or retrying after a network error — results in a single order and a single debit. If your balance is not sufficient, no order is created.
Delivery
Completed orders are delivered to your account. What was delivered stays available in your order history and can be downloaded again; re-downloading returns exactly what was originally delivered and does not create a second order or a second charge.
Where an order cannot be completed, it is marked as failed or held rather than shown as delivered. Contact support if an order does not reach a final state.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the service, access another customer's account or orders, automate abuse of top-ups or ordering, or resell access to the service in a way that misrepresents it as your own.
Availability and changes
The catalogue changes over time: products and prices are updated, and items can become unavailable without notice. We may change or withdraw parts of the service, and may update these terms. Continuing to use your account after an update means the updated terms apply.
Support
If something looks wrong with a payment, an order, or your balance, start a message from your support page and include the order or payment reference shown in your account. You can also reach support through the Brenoz bot on Telegram if your account is linked to it. Do not share your password with anyone, including support.
